Filling machines are the core of the aseptic beverage production and packaging line. Therefore, the more dynamic and flexible they are, the easier it is to complete packaging. Asepto’s SpeedPlus25K is one such filling machine with a plethora of features that make it an easy-to-operate, low-cost, and plug-and-play filling machine. It can process a variety of portion packs with just a push of a button.
En route to its global vision and to meet its growing demand, Asepto has two state-of-the-art manufacturing plants. Its Sanand, Gujarat plant is attuned to the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ mission. It is spread over 21 acres of the total 72 acres of land parcel and has an annual production capacity of 18 billion packs.
The second plant in Cairo, Egypt, is about to be commissioned. Once operational, it will be the world’s most advanced aseptic liquid carton manufacturing unit with unmatched facilities. Asepto will produce an additional 18 billion packs from the Egypt manufacturing plant.
